Buyer Beware
Mortgage buyers are advised to beware of some of the short term interest rates being advertised in the market place. I am currently advising all of my clients to secure long term rates of 5 years or more. Furthermore i am no longer recommending variable rates to any of my clients. The variable rate discount is no longer a good deal. Happy Holidays Everyone!
